My advice is to match the words in your essay as closely as possible to what they are asking for--it's fine to elaborate after that--but it's important, given that the people who are screening your application are probably not familiar with your line of work, so you need to be very LITERAL. It's worked for me! Paying monster $200 to write it also did not help. I was not fond of that one either. the perfect resume does not exist. from what I've been reading, finding your next job is all about knowing people in the right places.
